In 1976, New Mexico State Police Officer Gabe Valdez investigates a series of gruesome cattle mutilations near the small town of Dulce, New Mexico. As he digs deeper, he uncovers a secret underground base beneath Archuleta Mesa, where shadowy government agencies and extraterrestrial forces conduct disturbing genetic experiments.
